Overview

By placing an order with Eyara Store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and chosen shipping method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Payments

  • All payments in clusive of delivery charge, where applicable, must be made in full at checkout.
  • We accept M-Pesa, Paypal and Paybill.
  • Prices are listed in Ksh and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final – we DO NOT accept returns once an item has been purchased. We recommend checking all details carefully before completing your purchase.
  • ✅ Please ensure you choose the correct item, size, and color before placing your order.
  • We will not accept returns for incorrect sizes, preferences, or change of mind.
  • 🛠️ Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item is:
    • Defective,
    • Torn, or
    • Significantly different from what was described.
  • 📦 In case of a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photo proof.
  • No returns on final sale or discounted items.

4. Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Overpayment Policy

  • 💳 If you accidentally overpay for your order, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
  • Refunds for overpayments will be processed within 7 business days.
  • 📥 Kindly ensure you provide the correct payment details so we can refund the amount promptly.
  • 🧾 Please keep a copy of your payment confirmation or receipt as proof.

6. Product Availability

In rare cases, items may become unavailable after purchase. If so, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

  • We do not share or sell your data.
